Cold Outreach

Next, I will start emailing, texting, and calling everybody that has purchased a property for cash in the area.

Every possible buyer will know about your deal.

Closing

The title company is provided with any earnest money and the purchase agreement.

Who’s Alex?

I’m Alex Knoch. I’m a real estate investor from Green Bay, Wisconsin, buying properties across the entire country.

I have always been passionate about making a positive impact in local communities, and working in the real estate industry has allowed me to do just that.

As a member of several local and national real estate investor associations, I have completed dozens of successful deals over the years, giving me the experience and knowledge necessary to buy your house or apartment quickly and efficiently.
